Webinar HR Quarterly Update, a new periodical employment law update for professionals who operate in an international working environment and who deal with Dutch employment law.

As COVID is still around and we want to give everyone the opportunity to join, the HR Quarterly Update shall be a webinar (in English). Experienced employment lawyers Sanne van Ruitenbeek and Nicky de Groot will update you on the most recent topics which include:

  • Update on government plans with respect to HR, employment and freelancers (under coalition agreement);
  • Recent case law, such as about employee monitoring and transgressive behaviour in the workplace;
